AssetsMiner Core |
|
![]() |
AssetsMiner Core system establishes a System Resource Management (SRM) foundation that includes a database server, web GIS server and a WEB IIS server with administrative interface. Core System software infrastructure is supplemented with; GIS Network Navigator, full suite of reference vector and raster maps and a basic set of data management tools as well as ETL scripts to import and georeference your assets (nodes and Network Elements (NE). All network elements and network related structures are available for visualization, analysis, reporting and printing. Building on the Core System is a suite of adapted or custom developed modules. AssetsMiner Core provide efficient integration platform for all georeferenced objects from various sources, e.g. radio planning tools, workflow tools, QOS tools, etc. |
AssetsMiner Transmission |
|
![]() |
AssetsMiner Transmission essential function is to keep track of all transmission capacities, own or leased and all equipment interconnections. It supports equipment auto data loading and rules based reconciliation of configuration data with man-created data. For example all man-managed interconnection details on Digital Distribution Frame (DDF) or Optical Distribution Frame (ODF) are auto-consolidated with equipment configurations imported directly from equipment configurations using powerful ETL procedures. AssetsMiner Transmission module features transaction enabled DDF/ODF interconnection wizard, usage reports as well as core logical and core transport node interconnection graphs auto-recreated from the database. Visual DDF/ODF provides thematic mapping of racks and transmission ports based on equipment type, transmission path or transmission link. AssetsMiner Data Connectors are source of automatically collected configuration data updated overnight on staging servers directly from transmission/ radio equipment or dedicated TNMS/ OEM management tools. |
AssetsMiner Leased Lines |
|
![]() |
AssetsMiner access/ core Leased Lines (LL) module assures efficient management of monthly LL expenses that mobile operators commonly lease from incumbent TELCO operator. Leased lines are grouped into Access, Distribution, Core, Interconnection and Intranet levels. LL can be inserted or edited in both GIS tool (logical network structure) and LLAdmin tool. In any case the fundamental reporting principle is; data entry is separated from cost is calculation (reporting) enabling complex cost models for each provider. Rich reporting palette include LL Monthly Expenses drill-down reports, detailed cost calculations based on the exact day of service commencing within the month as well as export of results in Excel and PDF formats.LL data model typical parameters are; provider, cost group (monthly expenses/ one time fee), cost type (provider/ capacity/ technology/ distance, etc.), cost model (financial aspects including capacity bundling and discounts). |
AssetsMiner uW Radio |
|
![]() |
AssetsMiner Radio helps visualize and manage point-to-point radio hops either via integrated Network Graph Editor or via Radio Admin WEB based tool featuring advanced query, reporting and exporting features. Alternatively, AssetsMiner Data Connectors can be setup to provide automatic insertion of new sites and uW hops directly from dedicated radio planning tool (e.g. ATOLL).WEB based enterprise grade Network Graph Editor enables interactive introduction of new nodes and links in the network. Graph topology is immediately updated across the enterprise. AssetsMiner Radio Utilization, AssetsMiner Radio Reserve and AssetsMiner Radio Path Trace reports, together with AssetsMiner Radio Hierarchy report, help you quickly analyze and plan radio network expansion.Management of uW hop licenses and appropriate financial aspects are taken care in this module too. For the lifetime of each uW hop, license fees are break down into monthly expenses in a format suitable for controlling. License lifetime is typically 5 years with yearly renewals necessary. With thousands of operational uW Hops it is difficult to trace hops renewals. To assist, daily scheduled agent job sends e-mail notification to authorized personnel to alert about expiring licenses. Input to this module are scanned/ OCR uW hop permissions issued by the government authority as well as hop technical parameters (Freq. Band, BW and hop Length). Having all required parameters, automatic cost calculation for each uW hop is possible. Further operational efficiency is assured with hop license submission robot that enables semi-automatic submission of license requests having in excess of 50 parameters, via web interface. |
AssetsMiner Radio Equipment Inventory |
|
![]() |
AssetsMiner data connector can be setup to import and consolidate configuration data from uW radio equipment like Ericsson Traffic Node down to cross connects and VLAN levels. Information about complete network topology enables end-to-end path tracing of cross-connects and VLAN usage so important during the transition to 4G network. This module visualizes network packet link capacity and max utilization capacity imported from O&M tool like Infovista. As we know picture is valid a thousand words so with this approach bottlenecks in the network are easily discovered. Within this module uW Master Report is automatically generated each night in common xmlx file format with the latest comprehensive uW network parameters with filtering of data enabled by default. uW Network Capacity Report aggregates all available sources of radio (2G/ 3G) and transmission subsystems (uW/ LL) and produces a report on each site PDH and packet capacities and the technology used (uW/ LL).For uW provisioning report calculates traffic flow coming from parent node. Inputs to the report come from radio network configuration export (UTRAN/ GERAN), uW network topology, 2G and 3G site locations, uW network configuration and capacities obtained via dedicated O&M tool (SOEM), leased lines provisioning, locations of hubs and exceptions to report calculation. |
AssetsMiner Alarm Monitoring |
|
![]() |
Alarms coming from alarm subsystem (TEMIP) are georeferenced and visualized in Alarms Map with different symbols depending on network element type (2G/ 3G network) and alarm state. Faulty links are thematically visualized too. Alarm refresh rate is 60 sec. Detailed alarms description is available in Alarms List report.Alarms can be filtered according to:

AssetsMiner IP Infrastructure |
|
![]() |
Ever increasing importance of records about passive structure and interconnections of IP equipment on racks/ panels/ ports located on various sites within the mobile operators business are all taken care of. Special care was paid to user security roles both horizontally (per region/ site) and vertically (per user security role). Every transaction is recorded in the database per user and date/ time. Module is characterized with:

AssetsMiner Mobile OSP |
|
![]() |
AssetsMiner Mobile Outside Plant extends basic NE information in AssetsMiner database with detailed entities relevant for mobile operator outside plant. Site location, access type, tower type, number of batteries, number and type of cabinets, type and number of antennas per sector, environment alarms and important maintenance information as dates of system test, battery test, climate test etc., are maintained through GIS and Mobile OSP Admin tools. CAD drawings, room layouts, legal documents, charts or measurements can be easily hyper linked to each network element or its component. Reference documents can be uploaded to the server in various formats. |
AssetsMiner Dashboard |
|
![]() |
Once a month automatic ETL procedure backups all relevant database tables into history database and updates history charting data. Dashboard is available online on company intranet in the form of interactive charts or ready for export as a report book in all common formats (XLS/ PDF/ Word).History databases provide insight into historical data including data dictionary tables (e.g. leased lines cost) that might change over time. |
AssetsMiner for FTTX Transmission |
